Perfect appetizer followed by a wonderful meal. Please share some of your favorites.

 

I missed getting the wine pictures but a rose to start and Pinot Noir to follow. 



Oysters sea urchin tuna crudo with lemon zest and a good olive oil. 




A beautiful steak with creamed spinach and asparagus.  In the distance steak tartare with a poached egg. 




A little fire burning nearby.
