And it's so perfect for the summer and with fish. But we shouldn't sing Albarino's praises too loudly. Rias Baxias Albarino is still affordable (unlike Californian and French wines), let's keep it that way!

How about Txakolina, also good with seafood. Spicy Mussels and Chorizo is a delicious pairing to try. But keep it quiet !

The wine was so good and SO CHEAP! Lots of new barrels too, so high cost in barrels. Lots of warm vanilla taste. So good!
