food from HK again! hope it's not getting boring 😅 it's street food this time and the egg waffle (鸡蛋仔) is one of my favourites 😋

Can you explain the egg waffle please? What is in each of those round pouches? Hong Kong is clearly one of the most diverse and dynamic places to visit.
