Scrambled eggs, toast always my go-to.  And maybe sometimes Yuenyeung.

The famous breakfast at speed of light in the city. Scrambled egg with thick toast and macaroni with ham. The same menu for more than 40 years. Most clients will finish their meals in around 15 minutes…. Cheers, Henry ...

What base is the macaroni sitting in? I don’t think it’s a cheese sauce.🤔

Was just talking to a friend yday on the standard instant noodle with luncheon meat. Even something as simple as that, we could not reproduce the same “taste” at home. Enjoy!
