What are everyone’s @$35 and under favorite red table wines? I’m asking because we “auditioned” a few this weekend and were not (entirely) happy. Want an easy drinker which can be had by itself OR with dinner ie. not so tannic that it requires a big heavy...

Brouilly is good.

a bit more unusual! I don't know how easy it is for you to import. Best, E.

There are a lot in this range...

...even Kirkland makes some good Napa blends and Cabs. I like St. Francis Francis Cabs because we knew the CEO through a school connection and he was a nice guy...

Thanks!🍷

Not a wine guy personally, nor do I have . . .

. . . much experience. (Ask about beer if you've got an hour to kill.) But there's one red I'm ga-ga over: Seven Deadly Zins. First sip was at an Italian restaurant in Newport Beach; so enthralling I ordered a second glass. Try to find a bottle of 2013 - ...

I like Porter Creek Zinfandel

My wife likes their carignane, too.

There are many in this category

What I regularly drink: Pelican Trois Cepages and Poulsard Peter Sisseck’s PSi Louis Mitjaville’s Aurage Stephen Magnien Bourgogne Pinot Noir Grains Fins ... now I am thirsty!

Ever heard of Last Bottle?

There's been a glut of wine, especially Italians. Try them and Wine Access.

Don’t know it’s price in us, but a great one for me at this price range

Alain Mitjaville also produce Roc de Cambres and Tertre Roteboeuf but it is not the same price. Best Ø

You are too modest!

2015 Andretta Brunello Di Montalcino 94 points from Suckling and at least that many points from me I few months ago Wine Access offered this beauty for $25. a bottle so I bought a case. Just like that '68 Speedy I bought, I should have bought two ;-)

Excellent suggestion!
