Start it with roasted pepper and ricotta salad. Followed up with clams steamed with white wine shallots an with garlic with crusty Italian bread then the main course was ribeye steaks grilled rare and then let’s settle for a medium rare with au gratin pot...

What a glorious feast, and so many beautiful dishes! I'm afraid more than 3-4 courses are all I can manage (to cook OR to eat), so a bit of pepper salad, a steak, blueberries and wine. Thanks for this report. Mike
