Clearly the one watch I would want to own from the Maison if I could have only one. As to servicing, F.P. himself would tell you don't service it until it starts misbehaving. But, if it ever needs attention, I am certain this one would go to Geneva. Just hold tight and enjoy it for as long as it runs fine.

I guess when to service is always controversial.
Some folks I speak to recommend not touching a watch's innards unless performance notably off. Others suggest routine service every 5-10 yrs even if running smoothly.

Watch is ~10yrs old or so, looks great, and appears to be running fine. Once new strap comes, will wear it for a week and get a better sense.
