To me this piece would have been also been worn in 1815 in America, if there would have been wrist watches at the time.
It looks like a piece, a director of a mining company or from a train company would have worn. Congrats to such a lovely watch!

I’m a big fan of this dial (and it’s predecessor) on the CS. So simple, and beautiful. It’s also extremely versatile which is another big attraction for me.
