Based on a true story….
Earlier this week, my AD said they have a Christmas present for me, to appreciate my business and long term friendship. This is not the first time they have gave us holiday presents.
We stopped by the store and they brought this out, in a Starbucks brown bag, so I thought “Ok, hmmm…that’s casual but it’s not from the store, just something they bought for me”
So they asked, do you want to open it? Typically we will bring the present home since they’re busy but out of respect, we said yes, let’s open it.
We opened it and it’s a nice watch roll by Wolf, that is so nice 😊, love it.
Yup, I wear my watches and wore this latest to the store.
Here is the nice present in British Racing Green, fit for the Crown…
Little and absolutely not prepared at all…when I opened it…
Can you imagine what my emotions are?
Words cannot describe how much I appreciate their kindness to me. Now I have this pair of 116500LN.

So Rolex still sells watches?? ;-)) Seriously, I loved this story Raymond! Even though this never happens to me with a Rolex AD (duh!), it does with Patek so I can understand your joy to be reciprocated by a brand you love! :-)

The present is the British Green Wolf Watch Roll…and the Daytona is the surprise but no, I have to pay for the watch 😊

Usually we will pick up and leave and they were not going o insist if we do…
They were also curious what will be our reactions if we found out at home but it all worked ou as they captured my shocked expressions and videoed it. We have their trust and that feels awesome. Thanks Marc.

Lovely gesture from the AD especially in this day and age when we read so many negative Rolex AD stories. Absolutely shows their appreciation of your custom this is truly how to build a relationship again congrats and wear in good health.
I think it is important to stay positive and be patient, nice to our ADs.
They are also working really hard in such extremely challenging situations to take requests from all over. This experience is so wonderful and amazing, left me speechless and no words to describe. Thank you for your kind words.

I have the white dial 116500LN since 2017 and have been asking for this black dial version. Similarly I didn’t buy anything from them this whole year too but this is their way of showing appreciation as a long term customer, not just Rolex watches 🤗
My apologies as a bad story teller….disclaimer: the Daytona is not free, lol…it was a surprised delivery.
The watch roll is free but the way they presented it was very creative.
In today’s world, getting a steel Rolex at retail is a nice gift 🎁😊
