Third time lucky ?? Not so :-(
Calling out to fellow Alpine Eagle owners... do any of you experience a time gain on your watches ?
I won't bore you with more details but within a week after starting to wear it again I noticed 15-16 seconds a day time gain again..
Chopard wants to have the watch back for the 4th time. Do you think the movement needs replacing as they can't seem to get it right ? I am really sad about it , it seems the watch spends more time at the spa than on my wrist .

They should have replaced the movement already.
Unless you're opposed to it, of course. Your patience is definitely commendable.

This is unacceptable performance for sure and they should replace the movement
All my AE run with very good regulation and rate accuracy. I did have to send one of them for servicing recently and they had to change the movement. When it cam back it was running within 3 seconds per day.
I truly feel your frustration. I’ve been down this road a couple of times myself. I was truly disappointed with the way Lauren Ferrier and Parmigiani Fleurier handled my issues and as a result, I no longer will support them.
I find it truly amazing that these companies continue with their snobbish behavior in their boutiques, and then deliver a product and refuse to back it up in an appropriate manner. All of a sudden, Timex is looking more and more attractive to me !!!

We don’t mind spending the money so long as what’s being delivered lives up to the promise .. I understand that faults occur but it’s all about service recovery and how it’s conducted

To be honest I really am quite shocked by your experience and it really is falling short of expectations.
I seriously commend your patience as by now I doubt I would have had any left and to be clear I am a big fan of Chopard which makes it worse. Marc
Luckily I have a few more watches to rotate 😉 like most of us here
but patience is wearing thin from them not delivering the service … I wonder if they really have a proper control system to test accuracy after an attempt at repairing . I think I will ask for a calibre exchange
