All my AE run with very good regulation and rate accuracy. I did have to send one of them for servicing recently and they had to change the movement. When it cam back it was running within 3 seconds per day.
I find it truly amazing that these companies continue with their snobbish behavior in their boutiques, and then deliver a product and refuse to back it up in an appropriate manner. All of a sudden, Timex is looking more and more attractive to me !!!
We don’t mind spending the money so long as what’s being delivered lives up to the promise .. I understand that faults occur but it’s all about service recovery and how it’s conducted
