SOS Advise from Rolex owners

Hi all

I have a Datejust36 that I purchased from the uk airport in feb 17 brand new.
I really love it but since I’ve had it I had to send it 2 times back to Rolex as the watch was stopping to move after around 8 to 10 hours ( basically overnight). I am wearing it as my day watch and only leave it when I sleep...

It came back from Rolex around 2 months ago and last night again it stopped (around 6 am and it left my wrist around 20:00 yesterday)

Any advise as I am kinda lost people keep telling me Rolex is a solid product but am I just the unlucky one ?

Can they even change mine to a new one if they can’t fix mine?

Each time it comes back from Rolex it’s marked that they have done some movement adjustment without more details .

you do have legal rights if you give them a fair chance to correct the problem and they are unable to resolve the issue. Who was the retailer ?

I bought it from watches of Switzerland at the Heathrow airport

It was working perfectly fine for almost a year. And I have not changed the way I was wearing it I believe.. Kev

I think they always call it a “movement check”, but never give more details. I bet they use the same term from simple rate adjustments to full on movement overhauls. :/ Richemont group brands are much better in terms of describing the work done imho, but ...

Two times back to Rolex

and the problem is not corrected? Frankly, I have never heard that with Rolex. Rolex should simply replace the watch as a goodwill gesture even though they are not required to do so under their warranty contract.
