Dear all,
My Rolex dealer told me today that since 1/2 years Rolex does not accept orders from dealer, they just send the watches they want. Is this true ?
This would be sad : I have always likes special dial combinations. In that case, one could only call different dealers to find the desired piece and one would only get one that has spend some time being tried by many people, something I have always considered problematic.

Select exclusive dealers and those that are considered boutiques. They can place orders but they don't know when the order gets fulfilled.
Establish a relationship with your sales advisor.
When a new place comes in to the store they will let the sales advisor know. It is for the sales advisor to let clients know what came in or whatever looking for. It is first come first serve.
