Reference 1038 Model Zephyr from 1969. Sharing a few shots...
I found this little (for present standards) watch with a 34mm case several years ago.
The model is known as Zephyr and has been made under a couple of references and with different handset designs.
Also there have been offered two different bezels and the sector dial also with different indexes.
Basically it is an Oyster Perpetual with a very interesting personality and very charming on the wrist.
Please observe that the two tone riveted bracelet has both the central link and the front and rear plate of each link made of gold.
Not a rare nor valuable Rolex but very nice and lovely I feel.
