My Patek Foursome

Just passed the1k-post milestone, so I have the perfect excuse to show you my small Patek family altogether:

You have already seen them all, but not together. Actually, me neither, as strange as it may sound, so first time for me as well.

I must admit that I'm pretty happy with these four pieces. It has taken me a while to realise what I want/need, but after a few attempts, mistakes and some $ "invested" in the learning process, I am pretty satisfied with my current Patek stable.

From a collector's point of view, I still have an endless wish list; but from an user's perspective, I believe I have almost all the basics covered.

For my lifestyle, I can wear these four beauties daily, what I do, choosing the one that better matches my outfit or mood everyday. But every one covers also a certain purpose on my daily basis, and this is the reason why I've chosen these specific pieces:

1. The Nautilus 5712/1A

This is my "go-to" watch. You can wear it in every occasion, it's extremely refined and comfortable with a touch of sportiness. My favourite Nautilus.

2. The Aquanaut 5164A

This is my travel watch. It's perfect for holidays and warm weathers, but I've taken it close to the North Pole and works perfectly as well. It's on the sporty side for more casual attires, but being refined enough to attend a formal event of required.

3. The AC Chrono 5960P

This is my latest and I'm still on the honeymoon period, but I see it as the perfect everyday watch to me, working in an office environment. I love the AC complication. I usually wear my watches during long periods of time, not swapping very often (unless "required" for whichever reason), so I really enjoy it, keeping track of the day/date/month indication on a daily basis.

The chrono complication contributes nicely to the kind of sporty look of the watch and makes the movement even nicer adding a certain extra depth to the calibre with the additional levers.

And the weight of the platinum is something else that you personally enjoy, add well as the little diamond at six, a true pleasure to see.

4. The WT 5110G

And last but not least, this is my dress watch. As I said earlier, I do wear it daily, but is the one I usually strap to my wrist when I'm attending a formal event.

The WT complication is something I have always desired and have been considering for years, and this specific one is which made me finally pull the trigger. The charm of the watch is really something and love how it sits on my wrist. And is also extremely comfortable btw.

I hope you have enjoyed this mini tour through my small Patek collection and please guys do not hesitate to post your comments!

PS: Sorry for the dirty pics, but couldn't do any better today.
