My last one, and the 1st of the year...

One of the most original Rolex ever made...The YachtMaster.
Why original?
Because it looks like a "Super Sub", but has nothing to see with a Sub, except the idea of the turning bezel.
This one always had big circled indexes, a bit like the indexes ( not circled) of the GMT and Sub 1675 and 1680, or the 1st transitional models 16750.
This is the only one to have this very particular dial, made in platinum, a bit like the Duo Metre JLC...

Look at this dial!

The other part made in platinum is the bezel, the rest of the watch is in SS.

The wathc has big weight, but is amazingly comfortable to wear, much more than any Sub or GMT.

The other thing is the total look of the watch.

Sporty, but still elegant, solid, the only thing is to avoid to scratch or ding the bezel, because with these applied indexes and numbers, I'm not sure it 's very easy to polish...

When I see the new Yacht Masters Rolex launched past year, I'm really happy to own this one!
