I think my grail or goal watch has made itself clear!
This DD40 is incredible. Had the chance to see it recently in-person for the first time, and I think it's simply wonderful. Subtle, heavy, elegant, and for a machine-made watch, an incredible thing. I prefer it to my 118238, I think. That watch was just a little too bright for me, though I do love yellow gold as it is, the watch attracted too much attention. This attracts less.

IMO, the best looking in the current line up of DD is the everrose with green dial but that one you can’t wear everyday. This one you can. It flies under the radar and you don’t need to worry as much about getting mugged while wearing it.
