help me please
Hi everyone.. I'm a new fan of panerai, purchased my 372 last year and now fall in love with rad 1940 base case.. problem is, i cant choose between these 2. they both have unique looks and characteristics. 587 is very handsome, full of historical, casual. where 514 is thinner, classier, elegant (IMO) if i change the strap to say like croco? LOL.. so all said, any opinion will be highly appreciated.

The date is a bonus on a PANERAI? Since when? The date on a Panerai dial should be considered and IS an...abominion.
for anybody that actually..likes..Panerai. You want a watch with all the..bells&whistles? Go get yourself a Breiteling
If a Panerai with 3-6-9-12 and M A R I N A M I L I T A R E..on the dial..
competes, in your mind, with a "THING" with a date on it, I think you should...respectfully...stick to Rolexes and the likes.

Mmm.. if you already have a 372....
then I think , the 587 looks quite similar imho. In that case, perhaps the Radiomir might feel more different. Tough decision my friend.. ! All the best and let us know what you decide. Cheers !
Look..quite similar...you write. Have you had a good look at the...hands? The hands on the 587 are reminiscent of the..vintage ones and have...
nothing to do with the, rather less attractive and truncated ones of the 372. You must forgive me but this is the Officine Panerai forum and for some of us, a Panerai with Marina Militare on the dial it's..irresistible..since it takes us all the way back ...
yes I've seen the 587 up close and personal
really a beauty....luv everything about it ! For variety perhaps Radiomir 190 or 232 . Cheers! ...
