Decisions...
I'm still trying to decide on my first AP and I was able to try on a few contenders at my local AD today: A white dialed 15400, a black dialed RO chronograph and the black dialed ROO Diver. I'm actually more interested in a black dialed 15400 but the AD didn't have one in stock.
I started out my AP quest with the Diver at the top of my list but the 15400 has slowly taken over top spot. Despite several suggestions to go for a 15202 instead, I think the 15400 is the better choice for me given its size and availability. It doesn't hurt that it's about US$8K less expensive either

I love all three but alas must choose one for now...

I am in the same situation
(apart from the chronograph) - I am choosing between the white dial 15400 and the black diver. I tried the black 15400 on and I actually quite like it, but feel that the white dial shows off the tapisserie dial better (more colour shift).
The white dial has grown on me

Diver is the best, among those, because

The black dial would be my choice
The dealer didn't have one so I tried on the white dial. I do really like the Diver too...

I will wait for the black dial RO if I decide that the RO is the one. At this point I think it's a toss up between it and the Diver.

Unfortunately I don't have a boutique near me. Hopefully I'll visit one soon and see some of the boutique only editions.

However, if I must choose one, I think I'd go for the RO Chrono with the black dial.
Among those three, I'd go for the DIver.
For me is one of the best looking Offshore watches ever, so balanced. 15202 would be a great choice too. I'm not a big fan of the "new" chronograph, the "old" 39mm chronograph was a very nice looking piece. Size matters. Cheers. Vte

get the one that \'speaks\' to you... Preference and taste are both subjective. I\'m sure it would be a nice piece whichever you choose. It\'s an AP! KR
Wow, they all look good. Seeing all 3...
I do like the Diver best. Your wrist easily handles the 41mm Royal Oak, but from a dial standpoint, I prefer the diver a good bit.
The Diver is a beauty...
And I'm starting to once again lean in that direction. Perhaps I'll pick up the Diver now and wait until I have an opportunity to try on a 15202 before deciding on a more classic Royal Oak to add to the collection.

I don't love the 41mm RO's... The date looks really tiny on them, meaning the composition of the dial is 'off.' I never liked RO chronos, prefer ROO chronos, but they are too big for me.

I did notice that the date seemed awfully small when I tried on the 15400 yesterday.

I have owned the diver and the 15300. I found the diver very comfortable, but a little too thick for me . I would knock it into things. I think the 15400 is a great size, but I prefer chronos. This is what I ended up with , the RO Italy. ...
Love the chrono...
and the 'Italy' version is beautiful. I went with the 15400 as my first AP but one of the the Diver or chrono is likely not far behind.
