Closing in on a Bathyscape and have three options.
The grey dial titanium.
One with calendar/moonphase complications.
Black case and dial.
I see all three available second hand for about the same.
What would you get and why?

The ceramic is pretty good. My strap changes have caused small scratches on the lug undersides, but honestly, it looks way better than on steel. I would endorse ceramic's toughness with scratches for sure. Interestingly, the ceramic variant still feels so...

… the complete calendar builds on the 1150 caliber, which looks very small in the 43mm case. The standard model features caliber 1315 which a better fit and offers a superior performance. The choice between titanium and black ceramic is really down to you...
Not to muddy the waters but…
If it were me, I would probably take a hard look at the 50 fathoms MilSpec Limited. They are still floating around from time to time. The Bathyscaphe Ceramic blue is also quite stunning
