Back from service, and looking better than ever!
I got my Seiko 5 back from a routine service the other day, and after being apart for a few weeks I did start to feel the onset of that old adage, "absence makes the heart grow fonder." For whatever reason, my enjoyment of this simple, inexpensive, robust and reliable timepiece has increased over time. This watch is the perfect daily beater for my purposes.
I just thought I'd spread the joy around, and share some pictures at the same time. I really enjoy Seiko watches and look forward to the opportunity to handle Grand Seikos at some point when they start US distribution.

Nothing to the case...

In the mornings and evenings it actually gets...
