Are a watchmakers production numbers important
Do a watchmakers production numbers constitute an important factor in your decision to buy a watch? Now I know that most brands do not publicly disclose annual production figures, but rough numbers do come out in speeches, interviews etc. For me, absolutely yes this is an important factor since watches are a large investment. So I would be more likely to buy from FPJ and Urwerk and spend more doing so, than buy from Omega and Rolex. For me, the cut off point would be annual production of less than 100,000.

This is not an important factor for me.
A brand can produce 10 000 uninteresting watches and another can can make 100 000 very appealing ones. The watch is the fctor, not the production figures. IMO. Best, Nicolas.
