Antique GP watch

Greetings, my wife bought me this antique watch around 20 years ago from a fine jeweler in Chicago and it has been safely stored since then.  I haven't even polished it up yet but it is in perfect condition and keeps precise time. I have searched and cannot find a similar watch online. I was hoping a GP expert here could help me.  It is manual wind and I doubt the band is original as it says deDeer Paris.

Inside I found the following identifying marks:  17 jewels, Swiss, 14k (0,585), numbers 914135, numbers 115 in a shape, the complete GP logo seal, another seal that looks like an animal standing, several signatures etched into the gold and, what I imagine was a later addition by a jeweler in green ink is the mark 999K.

Does anyone know anything about this watch or have advice on how I can learn more. Thank you!
