Advice sought!
Dear fellow horolophiles,
I've been scratching my head lately as to which sports watch to add to my collection. While I've mostly been adding classic dress watches from independents the last few years, I haven't bought any sports watches that can be worn on an everyday basis for a few years and
My present collection of sports watches is as follows:
- PP 5712A
- AP 15300 blue dial
- Rolex 116710LN
- Rolex 16600
- Rolex 1681
I don't like huge watches so ideally something no bigger than 40mm (Blancpain Bathyscaphe time/date as one of few exceptions)...
Anyone's two cents would be most welcome!

If you need a water resistant, there are so many. VC overseas might fit your wrist. Rubber strap included
Patek 5164/A is a terrific extremely versatile piece
Would fit well in your collection of sporty models and add a truly swimmable Patek as well (5712 not fully swimmable imho)
The new Tudor black bay
in 39mm would be my suggestion. Thinner, smaller and a lot more wearable than the 41mm Black Bays.
New Daytona black dial for this is perfect
If you can get one but I think it will be a prefect everyday watch. Waterproof too.
Basic VC Overseas fills that bill . . .
