A Zeitwerk with moonphase, it would be a great idea...
We all know know that the Zeitwerk movement can power additional complications since it takes advantage of some features of the Lange 31 days development process. So what about a moonphase? After all, it was an old idea! You can find this sketch done in 2004 in Reinhard Meis' book:
Speaking about a moonphase, I also think that it would be logical to have in the future a Grand Lange 1 with moonphase display. We will see if one day these watches will be released.

Might cause an uproar!
If a moonphase is added to the ZW line.. I may have to rethink my next planned Lange acquisition! I think the MP complication would be a very smart evolution of an already wonderful watch, combining the edgy look of the Zw with a very poetic and beautiful...

Herm, our ingenious Heartbreaker proposed this a couple of years ago....

I would like to see some artwork done to th moon, not just a disk. We know they have the artisans! I am thinking In the style like my Vacheron 47212. Best, Joe

Unfortunately, if you are thinking of this in a Lumin, I do not believe it will happen (moon phase or otherwise) anytime soon. The reason that these pieces are so coveted is due to their limited availability. If Lange were to produce a new Zeitwerk Lumin ...

Hi Fx! I've read your post only a few hours ago. I've already seen the drawing you posted, made by Reinhard Meis. Have you noticed that the project was called "Zwei Werk" - something like "Two Factory" - instead of "Zeitwerk" - something like "Time Factor...
Oh yes,,,,it works much better on the phantom than on the hundwerkunst.....
