I still would like to see a variant with Roman numeral hours.

Richard.
I am not for a ZW mp.
If it should be feasible, it would be driven by the hour wheel as the minute wheel is hidden deep in the "black hole" that is called Nachspannwerk.
And this would result in an inaccurate mp a la Cabaret mp.
For an extra accurate mp a la 1815 mp it has to be connected to the minute wheel: impossible, I dare to say with the ZW.
Also: I do not think that the 31 days and the ZW are comparable.
The only similarity is the idea of a Nachspannwerk and nothing else as the 31 day's Nachspannwerk is "peanuts" compared to the ZW's.
I make an even bolder statement: there will be no other complication with the ZW, unless it is growing really big, like the ZW striking time.
Best
Moritz

Have you noticed that the project was called "Zwei Werk" - something like "Two Factory" - instead of "Zeitwerk" - something like "Time Factory"? Please believe me, I have no reason to lie: I've seen that sketch after, and not before, having proposed "my" Zeitwerk Moonphase; you can also notice that "my" Zeitwerk has a bigger moonphase and its seconds counter hasn't any numerals.
Many thanks to Mo and Damjan, that wanted to mention my work on a Zeitwerk Moonphase: your kind words sincerely touched me!!!
I've appreciated the technical observations by Moritz; I could agree with him and I really would like to have the right technical backgroud to design a "true watch", but I'm only a simple watch-lover.
By popular demand (LOL) the pictures I've posted on this project are the following.
Ciao,
Elio
