but the reissue that I was able to try on at a retailer pre-pandemic was not bad. ...
All the vintage Alaskas were prototypes, right, Nicolas? . . .

I own the Alaska project from 2008. The thing I don't get is why every other limited edition has exploded in price but this one keeps sitting at 10-13k. Even TinTins are going for 16k.
