thanks for the link. i shall look into it. my question is, when you say that there's an higher chance to have an issue with a mechanical one...what issues are you talking about? honestly, i dont know much about watches but i would think that a quartz would have issues like for example, battery leakage. there might also come a time that when you suddenly want to use the watch the battery is already used up. as for a mechanical one, you just 'shake' it then there it goes..still working. or are you referring to time telling issues?
