I like the fact they printed the name on the sapphire rather than on the dial. As someone who spent a lot of time on boats I feel sorry for the fellow at the bow on what looks like rough sea!
Chopard has done many great urushi dial pieces over the years. I'm waiting to be able to see these in person. The NIHONTŌ seems impressive too. The only photos I could find so far were from David Roditi, from the London Boutique. credit: @david_roditi ...
