It truly is a great watch. It is interesting that the pendulum is swinging away from huge watches and back to the sanity of reasonable size.
I enjoy mine and find it comfortable and an excellent watch for all occasions. I am not a fanatic about date windows (as I know some people are) but I do appreciate the balance and the finishing of the dial and the absence of the date window may convert me yet.
Also, it is great that Chopard has hit winners and is receiving the appreciation that it truly does deserve. If anyone who has visited Fleurier or Geneva with the brand can attest, from top down, they are world class in their approach to watchmaking and have great pride in the history of watchmaking. It is impressive how they are dedicating manpower, energy and capital towards the preservation of the art of classical watchmaking and not just producing "product".
Bravo to the company and to collectors that are recognizing the brand.
