Excellent outcome and BRAVO to Chopard, -- which I didn't expect any less in its customer service!!!! I been checking back on this forum on a daily basis, ever since your tread on the initial bad experience. I had a vested interest in its outcome as I too own 3 Chopard, albeit my pieces aren't as nice as yours!!
Kudos to Kong too, as he did not hesitate to step in and assist. I've been a lurker on these forums for several years now, but it wasn't until this post, did I feel the passion to express my opinion. One of the things I do love about PruistSPro is that its moderators are also watch lovers and collectors, have good relationships with the manufactures and as such can offer sound advice, and if need be use their relationships to assist issues through!
Bravo again!
