Chopard

Specially thanks to Kong for helping me to handle the Strike One service problem.

Now, Chopard provides me a new Strike One from Chopard, with the same serial number and limited edition number. The President of Chopard told me through email that, the Watch is new, and the caseback is specially made so that the serial number and the LE number remain changed. Chopard also provides my Watch a new certificate with 2 year warrenty.

I am very happy, not becasue I get a new Watch, is becasue I am a supporter of Chopard. In this issue, I find myself made a correct decision to support Chopard due to the LUC qulaity, and also the after service. I will continue to keep my 3 lovely Chopard pieces, and to support Chopard.

3 Best Chopard "One"... Strike One, Chrono One, and Lunar One.

Glad your issue got resolved, those are some amazing Chopard pieces you have, the Chopard service in Kuwait is also excellent and I am not surprised they took care of you.

The quality of the L.U.C. Watches is superb in my eyes, and the price is still reasonable compared with other brands. Therefore I choose the three best Chopard Watches to be part of my collection.As they are belongs to complicated function Watches, I care the after service so much.

To be honest, I already gave up some brands giving me some bad experiences, no matter how good quality they have. To keep such brands, is to keep annoying in my life. On the other hand, I can be confident to claim that, such brands will never go into the 1st line Watches field, even they pay so much for advertisement, for making complicated watches.

For the after service provided by HongKong, there is a room of improvement. But the "after the after service" provided by Chopard Swiss is very professional.  And I know now why there are so many world-wide professional watch players support Chopard. I am being proud of being one of the supporters.

Excellent outcome and BRAVO to Chopard, -- which I didn't expect any less in its customer service!!!! I been checking back on this forum on a daily basis, ever since your tread on the initial bad experience. I had a vested interest in its outcome as I too own 3 Chopard, albeit my pieces aren't as nice as yours!!

Kudos to Kong too, as he did not hesitate to step in and assist. I've been a lurker on these forums for several years now, but it wasn't until this post, did I feel the passion to express my opinion. One of the things I do love about PruistSPro is that its moderators are also watch lovers and collectors, have good relationships with the manufactures and as such can offer sound advice, and if need be use their relationships to assist issues through!

Bravo again!

Good that your One had a good outcome.

I would expect nothing less, as LUC really takes service seriously when the problem is truly serious.

 

Now, you one-ly need one more ONE....the Engine One for the top set.

Glad to hear that they rectified the problem.  And that they did more than what was "the bare minimum" to do.
