Chopard LUC 1860 in steel: drop dead magnificent

36.5mm case ...

It is a beauty, WoW!

I see it is a smaller, more "traditional size", which will appeal to many these days. I am a "big watch" person because my wrist is rather big, so I would love to see this in at least 39mm. It is extremely attractive, simple, elegant, and salmon. Yummy.

Thanks for sharing Imran!

I have called the Kuala Lumpur Chopard boutique to express my interest. Perfect size for me and I am glad that it is in steel.

You did well!

What a beauty, and they finally omitted the date

This is very tempting…

Oh yes!

I’ve been eyeing the original for a long time now…

This might be a viable alternative!

+1

It took 25 years, but the consensus is that the Chopard 1860 is a classic. This model is hopefully not limited, as it has potential to become a popular Purists watch.

very attractive

Such a lovely watch but wish they had made it 38mm

This dial is simply mesmerizing

Outstanding, and the right size, too!

I wonder how the dial color compares to the OG version in real life. ...

survey, please!

So is it better to leave off the index for 6, as is done here, or to include it, but truncate it, as Chopard has done with the Alpine Eagle? I would prefer to include the truncated index rather than have the empty negative space, but I would much rather p...

Agreed 100%

This is the one thing. If there were a cut-off index it would help. Amazingly the date on the original helps… Best E.

This one is lovely
