This model - or rather a slightly older version with enamel dial - was my first Cartier and still a watch I really enjoy wearing. It's wafer thin profile is juat amazing! Here in two-tone with white gold bezel. Enjoy! ...  

but knowing Cartier crowns, must be challenging to wind.

and the winding is a pleasure. I agree that the winding of the CPCP models is a bit hard. GEO

Cartier will become more and more interesting again, I suppose.
