I might be wrong, but I think that this particular Driver
isn't designed to be worn on the side of the wrist as it is too large for it. I think it's designed to be worn on the "flat" top of the wrist.
The driver's watches designed to be worn on the side of the wrist are much shorter lug-to-lug, like those below.
If what I say is right (I couldn't be certain), I'm asking myself the same question as you: how does the clasp fit and feel?
