Incoming! Bulgari Octo Finissimo Tadao Ando
I’ve been a huge fan of the Octo Finissimo line for a while now and have always known I’d be picking one up at some point. When the Tadao Ando edition was announced for the Japanese market last year I was immediately mesmerized by the dial. I had a trip planned to Japan in March and was hoping that maybe I’d get a chance to check out the watch in person then. Due to COVID, plans changed and I figured these were long gone. Luckily the opportunity came up recently to add one to my collection. The watch is comically light due to the titanium and it’s unbelievably thin, even compared to other ultra-thin watches. Many congrats. I had similar thoughts, but COVID interfered.
I’ve been a big fan of the watch, and this iteration (and the skeletonised dial) have been the two I would really move for. Looking forward to more pictures here.
