Weirdly, the watch wears better on your right hand vs. left (I think Kong maybe also made this comment). I much prefer the single coil variant of the Serpenti, because in the double spiral the watch is TOO much IMO. I also like that this piece doubles as a wildly sophisticated bangle. Since it is very much a piece of jewelry, the lack of a mechanical movement is okay, as you mention. Bulgari always offers something a bit out of the ordinary, which I find very admirable.

... but I do think that Bulgari could use the tubogas technique to update the stretchy bracelets popular in the 1970's for males and tap into another nostalgia market for grown up kids (like us!). These bracelets are comfortable and are worth revisiting. ...
