The words elegant, distinctive, stylish and timeless come to mind. The Serpenti is a standout collection in the Bulgari line-up, and at a time when it’s hard to find a great ladies watch, this one impresses. Whether you could pull it off as an everyday watch probably depends on the women. Personally it would seem like an ‘occasion’ watch to me, but then again, it's fun to make an occasion out of any activity. I love to wear my best watches out shopping; it makes the mundane special, and perhaps someone will notice a tourbillon on my wrist and be inspired. 
Is the tube-of-gas coiling produced by hand, even in the SS watch? Impressive for the price I would say, and nice to have that manufacturing history behind the idea. Is there an option for a mechanical movement, particularly on the Serpenti in precious metals?

... but I do think that Bulgari could use the tubogas technique to update the stretchy bracelets popular in the 1970's for males and tap into another nostalgia market for grown up kids (like us!). These bracelets are comfortable and are worth revisiting. ...
