I would add:
1) Create a Separate Brand for the Haute Horology offerings along the lines of Seiko-Grand Seiko/Credor or Toyota/Lexus or Volkswagen/Bentley
2) Step Up the Marketing to Differentiate the Haute Horology Offerings Away from the Bulgari Brand, Celebrity Endorsements, Sponsor a F1 Team or do some obscure Charity Work, Press Releases and Pics of it all is Mandatory, we need proof of all the CSR Marketing to feel good about buying your stuff.
3) Offer Different Sizes (smaller) Endurer Chronosprint and Octo Bi-Retro Ceramic
4) Do what AP with the Royal Oak Offshore and Panerai have done, small runs (sub 100 pieces) limited edition variations of the Endurer Chronosprint and Octo Bi-Retro, regional editions etc.
5) Create a Proxy Campaign of using Front Men to Bid Up the watches to crazy unrealistic prices at the Top 3 Auction Houses and do a Press Release about it..... 
I'm just sayin , everyone and we all know who they are is doing it so why not Bulgari...I say why not, LooooL.
