There are many limited editions of the Finissimo. There have been at least 42 LE releases out of 98 total unique reference numbers for the Finissimo lineup (I keep a spreadsheet of all data I can collect on the Finissimo because I'm a big fan). On the surface that may be a lot. Bulgari seems like they have no problem selling out and drawing favorable publicity from those releases. The largest LE release consisted of only 360 watches and that was for the Sejima mirror watch. This is in stark contrast to other brands whose LEs consist of thousands of watches. On the flip side, Bulgari has done at least eight piece-unique LEs, which may also be a lot. I still think it's mostly collectors who are buying these pieces because these watches are still obscure and underappreciated in the watch world. If Bulgari wants the Finissimo to reach mass adoption, maybe they should focus on promoting its sandblasted titanium automatic version in order to establish it as its lone identity and icon.
