What do we think of the modified WG La Tradition?
Thanks Aaron for ‘mocking up’ these La Traditions. “RT” planted the seed and I have been mulling over your images for a couple of days.
As I have said before, the WG La Tradition is like a little ‘jewel’ with all the colour contrasts and ‘sparkles’. I actually find the YG a bit more ‘understated’, which I guess seems odd for a gold watch.
Because the going train in the La Tradition is one of my favourite design features of the watch, I prefer the original WG version with the contrasting wheels. Your ‘rhodium plated’ versions are a bit too subdued to my eyes, although I prefer the darker “Rev 2” version.

I may be biased as I usually prefer my watch in white metal, but then the blued screws and parachute do look very nice against the WG background. The WG version also comes with a dark blue croc strap to go with the blued screws/parachute....
