I believe that one is a 38mm.
The 3 register Breguet chronos with an FPiguet 1150 inside are 35.5mm. This 2 register chrono is certainly beautiful!

This is actually the 36mm Lemania base 3237. The successor, the 5237 is 38mm - the major "tell" is the 5237 has dot indicies at the 3 and 9 location rather than cut off Romans.
