Anyway, I already got my watch back in 2008, just posting to provide a (very) belated updated. The same service staff attended to me then and she's nice.
I guess both our encounters confirms that there's no perfect production 100% of the time, but when there're issues, how the company rectify them is the difference between a good brand and a great brand.
