Hi,

After a month,thought you would be a happy man but it turn out to be a disappointing experince.You are very right,we pay extra for extra quality and services.now that should not happen!
Through this column,i really hope those at the top management of the horology manufacturer would pay some close attention addressing these issues!
I hope they will get things right for you before returning your watch!
