I did it myself but it wasn't easy... 2 screwdrivers and a clamp to hold things still. There must be an easier way but I didn't find one! If you have an AD/boutique nearby then definitely worth a visit. Sadly I no longer have the watch but it is a lovely ...
Appreciate sharing your experience, AND looks like I will not attempt the change myself. The AD is like an hour drive for me, so I have to decide whether to trust a local watchmaker, but probably not.
