...in the version I saw live, the sub-second did not have a definable edge. It was very subtle and just 'blended' into the main dial if that makes sense...

Both versions exist. After the one
that’s posted above they they then brought out the model with a one piece enamel dial with the sunken sub seconds area. Quite an achieve actually to make an enamel dial like this. Not many can do that.

numbers bolder and perhaps slightly larger. Both beautiful!

Painted numbers on the Breguet
The numbers are not fading but due to the delicate paint stroke it may seem to be.. Notice the upward stroke on the 11, 12 and 1 is much thinner on this close. The white gold version is very beautiful and I am sure you will enjoy it.. Happy holidays. ...
