I always loved the look of the Type XX, but actually thought, that the proportions at the XXI missed the sweet spot. Except for this model! The color scheme adds also to the attractive factor... 👍🏻😊

Two times the same failure: the minute hand of the chrono does not set back correctly to the twelve o'clock position. Wouldn't buy it again as I've lost confidence in the movement.
Love the Type XX. The other option instead of buying a modern Type XX is to go for the original Type XX produced between 1954 & 1970s. There are 2 benefits : 1. Vintage size=about 38mm 2. If you are lucky, you can hopefully still find them around a smilia...
unfortunately ever since the Phillips Start-Stop auction, the great vintage chronographs have gone through the roof. now in less sterling quality you possibly can find them in that price spectrum. but for high quality expect to pay double.
