This could be have something to do with it. The popularity of independents. While i am for years looking what men and women do with watches, they are into independents. Me as an old school guy went at the old maisons tasting watch history, be satisfied. K... 

Hi, I also have the Tradition, but later version with 40mm and silver dial. I was torn between these 2 but finally go with the later version. Do you know how to change strap on this Tradition? I tried searching but cannot find anything
