UPDATE (partly my 'bad' or close to me)
After
a thorough inspection, it appear that the watch received a choc from underneath
(the back of one lug)
In the first examination Blancpain says, on larger watches a choc of this sort
causes resonance resulting this sort of damages...
(I do not recall that choc, but I am sure someone I know remembers well ;-(, do not worry you do not know him LoL
This is the only one time I thinking that Nico has a point when often going for much smaller diameter... he can bang them all day long ;-(

I am amazed though... I have never seen any problems with the FF apart from the known early bezel problem (an easy fix) I condsider my FF to be the most solidly built watch I own You say normal daily wear, but please can you tell us more about what happen...
