Horrible when brands don't appreciate their customers. I had a similar bad experience with Lange in Bahrain.
I know they faced financial issues and had to scale down and close many branches as well as reduce operations. They might even stop doing unique items with high R&D costs and just focus on their best sellers, not an excuse but sucks for customers and the,. A shame as I love their pieces.
